Stoke Digital may use artificial intelligence and automation tools to assist with:
- reporting and analysis;
- workflow automation;
- campaign insights;
- content drafting;
- strategic planning; and
- operational efficiencies.
Where reasonably practical, Stoke Digital aims to use reputable commercial or premium-tier providers with enhanced security and privacy protections.
OpenAI publicly states that business and API customer data is not used to train models by default unless customers explicitly opt in.
Anthropic publicly states that commercial API customers may access enhanced privacy and data retention controls.
However:
- Stoke Digital does not control third party software providers;
- third party providers may change their terms, policies or infrastructure at any time;
- some data may be processed or stored overseas;
- no online service can guarantee absolute security or confidentiality; and
- Stoke Digital is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third party providers beyond Stoke Digital’s reasonable control.
Clients should avoid sharing highly sensitive, legally privileged or regulated information unless necessary for the services being provided.
By engaging Stoke Digital and connecting third party systems, the client authorises Stoke Digital to use these platforms and providers in connection with the services.
5. Use of Information
We may use information to:
- provide and improve services;
- manage campaigns and reporting;
- communicate with clients;
- process invoices and payments;
- maintain security;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- conduct operational, analytics and automation functions.
6. Disclosure
We may disclose information to:
- employees and contractors;
- software and cloud service providers;
- advertising and analytics providers;
- professional advisers;
- payment processors; and
- service providers reasonably required to deliver services.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Security

Despite these measures, no online platform or cloud service can guarantee absolute security.
